\nLe principe de pr\u00e9caution fait partie de
\nla loi Barnier de 1995. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 \u00ab le principe de pr\u00e9caution est une
\nnotion qui pr\u00e9conise des mesures de protection avant qu\u2019il y ait des preuves
\nscientifiques compl\u00e8tes, d\u00e9montrant l\u2019existence d\u2019un risque \u00bb.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
\nLe principe de pr\u00e9caution est un frein
\ndans de nombreux domaines. Nous nous limiterons \u00e0 ceux du m\u00e9dical et du
\nnucl\u00e9aire. La multiplicit\u00e9 des \u00ab pr\u00e9cautions \u00bb se v\u00e9rifie dans
\nl\u2019abaissement sans fin des normes de radioprotection ainsi qu\u2019avec la
\ncomplexit\u00e9 des unit\u00e9s de la radioactivit\u00e9. Comme l\u2019\u00e9crit Marc Ammerich :
\n\u00ab le sievert c\u2019est 50 nuances de gray \u00bb.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
\nDes citoyens, des d\u00e9put\u00e9s proposent
\nd\u2019am\u00e9nager le principe de pr\u00e9caution avec le principe d\u2019innovation responsable,
\npermettant des am\u00e9nagements locaux. Est-ce un progr\u00e8s ? Il est ajout\u00e9 dans
\nle projet Macron. <\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
\nLa derni\u00e8re partie sera consacr\u00e9e aux
\nmonop\u00f4les \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques, ces \u00ab nouveaux \u00bb ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes physiques.
\nLeurs possibles implications dans l\u2019explosion de l\u2019usine AZF de Toulouse et
\ndans la catastrophe de Tchernobyl seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es. Ensemble, le regrett\u00e9
